About You:
· You can comfortably handle, sort and inspect fragile and very small (in the 1-5millimeter range) parts with tweezers, using a high magnification visor, for long periods (2 hours or more/day) of time. This requires very steady hands, patience, and good vision.
- You have 5+ years of experience working in manufacturing facilities, operating and maintaining machines. 3D Printing experience is a plus.
· You prioritize safety for yourself and others, and perform all jobs safely, raising all safety concerns to management. You always wear PPE appropriate to the task.
· You enjoy working directly on equipment and getting your hands dirty. You can disassemble, clean, and assemble machine parts that weigh up to 25 pounds.
· You have experience working with measurement equipment including documenting and reporting measurement results.
- You have excellent attention to detail. You can follow technical work instructions precisely and safely.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’re able to communicate successes and challenges openly. You work well with the team, challenging openly when needed.
- You’re excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment, and you take great pride in giving the world an excellent product that creates life-changing medical devices.
