At Astrix Technology, we are seeking a skilled Cleanroom Assembly Technician to join our team. As a Cleanroom Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for building, cleaning, and packaging various assemblies in a controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow Engineering Process Records (EPR), drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure accurate and efficient assembly.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any near misses or first aid events.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to ISO Class 7 environment standards.
- Participate in the continuous improvement process and follow change control procedures.
- Escalate potential process and/or product deviations to prevent scrap, rework, and customer returns.
- Assist with inventory accuracy by properly returning unused parts and components to stock.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Production or assembly experience in a cleanroom environment.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and use of hand tools.
