Your Role: As a dedicated Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience in family law, you'll be an integral part of our thriving domestic law practice. Your expertise in preparing legal documents, managing case files, and collaborating with clients and court staff, especially within the Gwinnett County Superior Court system, will be invaluable.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with research, drafting, and electronically filing legal documents.
  • Manage and update case files efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • A paralegal certificate or equivalent education/experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
