• Meet with clients, answer questions, and close leads

• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Report on team and individual performance
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

• Superior listening skills and empathic caring personality
• Excellent sales closing, building rapport, and overcoming objections
• Excellent writing and computer skills - update and communicate with prospects via phone and email
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong leadership qualities
