If you have a positive, outgoing personality and are looking for somewhere to start your career in the fitness industry or in sales, we are looking for you This job best suites someone either wanting to develop skills in an entry level position and move up or someone with and upbeat personality looking for a part time gig. You will learn and develop skills in marketing, sales, customers service, CRM systems, and more. This is a customer-oriented, competitive position with base pay and the ability to make significant commissions on membership sales.

A little about us: We are a locally owned, franchise gym overseeing 2 locations but have locations nationwide. We are a smaller size team with a passion for serving the community through offering a clean and comfortable space to improve your health and fitness. We take pride in the fact that we serve people from all different backgrounds and have a diverse member base.

What's in it for you?

You get a guaranteed hourly rate, plus the ability to make a nice commission check based on you ability to sell memberships. The great part is, most of the heavy lifting is done for you We pay top dollar ensuring we reach as many prospective people as possible to join our gym through digital and outside marketing. We even offer free trial passes to them to drive interest. Where you come in is touring them, scheduling free workouts and closing a deal. Aside from that, helping the front desk staff create a positive, energetic and clean environment.

Working here, you will likely be involved with all parts of the business where you'll get insight on the day to day operations of a locally owned business. Entrepreneurial minded individuals are welcomed You will learn a lot about business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning We have a large building with locker rooms to maintain and we work as a team ensuring the gym is organized, clean and presentable. 

  • Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, follow up with prospects, schedule appointments via phone calls and text messages and serve as the primary point of contact for potential members.

  • Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members, highlighting key features and benefits.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our gym memberships and additional services.

  • Collaborate with the entire team to ensure a seamless member experience from initial inquiry to membership sign-up and helping the team reach sales targets.

  • Work with and support the front desk with all of their responsibilities such as checking members in, selling retail products and helping maintain a clean and inviting facility.

Qualifications:

  • Growth mindset with a desire to learn.

  • Previous experience in sales is plus but an upbeat attitude will take you far. (Willing to train the right person)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using technology for communication purposes is a plus but can be taught.

  • Ability to speak or understand Spanish is a HUGE plus

KPI’s:

*Part time and Full time positions available

Part time: 5pm-10pm Mon-Friday (days vary)
Weekends available Saturday 7am-2pm or 2pm-7pm Saturday 
Sunday 9am-6pm or 2pm-7pm
*Must be willing to work 1 weekend shift 
Part time can range between 10-25 hours
