PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER
Position Description: We currently have a remote full-time personal lines insurance account manager position available. Must be knowledgeable on all aspects of coverage and service needs for assigned accounts. Prompt, efficient, and professional client communications are vital in this role. Obtain quotes from insurance company partners on both new and renewal accounts.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide top tier service and support on assigned book of personal lines accounts.
- Provide sales support to customers that call into the agency.
- Market new and renewal accounts using online platforms and direct submissions.
- Review and maintain accuracy in client database system
- Manage client billings, invoices, correspondence, and policy endorsements.
- Help cross sell and expand book of business
Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of personal insurance service or sales experience.
- North Carolina Property/Casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong business communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office products.
- Experience with AMS EPIC is preferred.
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized while maintaining attention to detail.
Compensation Plan: A highly competitive salary plus commission on new business written and excellent benefits plan.
