Are you eager to learn and grow within our small team where every team member plays a crucial role? We’re seeking an entry level Freight Coordinator to join Spin Freight Services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, while experience in warehousing, freight, and courier operations is preferred, it is not a requirement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Freight Management: Steer all aspects of freight operations, ensuring efficient tracking and regulatory compliance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide transparent rate information and ensure excellent service through prompt communication.
  • Document Control: Maintain meticulous document filing to meet regulatory standards and ensure thorough record-keeping.
  • Account Oversight: Manage accounts and coordinate timely freight transfers to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities and implement enhancements to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Foster a team-oriented environment by supporting dock personnel and drivers to achieve operational excellence.

Preferred Experience:

  • Warehousing: Experience in warehouse and forklift operations and logistics management.
  • Freight Operations: Familiarity in managing freight logistics and transportation.
  • Courier/Transportation: Knowledge of courier/transportation industry.

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
