We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Multifamily Construction Account Manager to join our team and drive our projects to success.

Job Summary:

The Multifamily Construction Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the client relationship for multifamily construction projects. This role requires strong project management skills, an understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

• Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams and subcontractors.

• Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and develop new business within the multifamily sector.

• Financial Management: Assist in monitoring project budgets, approve invoices, and ensure profitability while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, estimators, and other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, financial performance, and client relationships.

• Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

 

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or in a related field is preferred. Will substitute for 7+ years industry experience.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on multifamily housing projects.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and client relationship management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and profitability.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Other: Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and project oversight.
