Job DescriptionJob Description

Qualifications:

- At least 2 completed Multifamily projects from slab to completion.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

- Proven experience working in the construction industry

- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., ProCore, Primavera)

- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction estimating

- Familiarity with contract management and budgeting processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Superintendent in overseeing construction projects from start to finish

- Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely and successful project completion

- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards

- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications

- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors

- Assist in managing project budgets, including tracking expenses and cost control measures

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality

- Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
