Accounting - AP positions (Multiple positions in AP)

 

1) Accounting Specialist - Manufacturing Company

  • Location: Ocala, FL
  • Pay: $17.00/HR
  • Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of accounting support experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, or Finance, or equivalent
  • Managing Financial Statements - balance sheet/income statements, Financial Reports, Tax Reports, Annual Budgets, Annual Audits, Banking Responsibilities, Collections, Sales Reports, AP, Fixed Assets, AR, SALES,

2) Accounts Payable - Hybrid (Mostly Remote)

  • Location: Belleview, FL
  • Pay: $19.00-$21.00/HR
  • Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Minimum Requirements: Five years related experience and/or training.

3) Jr. Accountant

  • Location: Ocala, FL
  • Pay: $21.00-$22.00/HR
  • Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Minimum Requirements:

  • 4 years of accounting experience minimum without a degree/education.
  • Associates degree and/or Bachelor's degree with courses in accounting and business-related areas.
  • MIP/Fund Accounting experience preferred.
  • Must be able to pass drug test and background check.
  • Must have reliable transportation as well as valid driver's license.
