Responsibilities:

  • Entry of inventory into POS system
  • Overseeing inventory receipts and damages
  • Accurately tagging items
  • Coordinate/Assist in annual physical inventory
  • Creating quotes and invoices into POS Software
  • Accepting payments from customers & documenting in POS system
  • Ordering merchandise from vendors
  • File claims with vendors for damaged items
  • Answering phones and greeting customers as needed
  • Assisting with administrative tasks
  • Create content & manage the business’s Instagram/Facebook

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or at least 2 years of work experience in inventory control / management
  • Experience using POS systems
  • Retail or Interior Design experience is a plus
  • Excellent accuracy in data entry and attention to detail
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and social skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word
