Job Description:

  • Must have previous customer service and call center experience.
  • Requires sound knowledge of Word, and Excel in addition to excellent communication skills.
  • Use computer databases and information technology systems to research information needed to respond to and track the progress of responses to customer inquiries.
  • Send escalation emails and create service requests for unresolved matters.
  • Must be able to work holidays, weekends, overtime, and emergencies.

Educational Requirements-Minimum High school diploma
