Bookkeeper Office Manager- Onsite 30-40 hours a week

  • Ready to hit the ground running, you thrive on meeting deadlines, are an expert juggler of multiple balls, and know how to pull everything together behind the scenes.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • · Bookkeeping: Manage company financials on QuickBooks, handle payroll, accounts payable, credit card payments and bill reconciliation, expense reports, loan expenses and reimbursements
  • · Office Management: Act as building liaison and point person for property manager, maintain and troubleshoot office equipment, phone system, set up new hires on terminals, maintain insurance policies, ensure licenses up to date
  • · Human Resources: process new hires, onboarding, background checks

You have:

· 5 years prior bookkeeping/office manager experience

· Proficiency on Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, databases and office technology

 

100% Onsite position with flexible hours. Hire contingent on passing background check
