We just got a direct hire Bookkeeper role at Sierra Padre Doors and Windows in San Marcos.
They just let go of their Bookkeeper last Friday, due to being disorganized / entering unverified journal entries without supporting documentation.
Culture fit is huge here. The candidates need to have grit, thick skin, be able to get along with the partners, hard working. Fast paced environment and need to be able to own their role and be proactive.
Construction industry experience would be good here
Process is resume review, video interview with their external partner (Vector Solutions) and accounting assessment, then final in person with Marco and Kevin (Owners).
