Leading Medical Manufacturing Company seeking to hire Operators 


Exciting contract to hire opportunity for an experienced assembler to join a growing organization. Seeking candidates with a Team Player attitude, strong willingness to learn, and dynamic skillset.

Requirements:

  • 6 months years of recent assembly under microscope or with small parts
  • Strong hand soldering experience is required (certification is a plus)
  • Knowledge and experience using assembly adhesives
  • Catheter assembly and testing experience (highly desired)
  • Good documentation and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, meet aggressive deadlines, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • High School Diploma is required

Job Duties:

  • Good hand hand-eye coordination to perform assembly under a microscope.
  • Documents and adheres to bill of materials, work instructions and test procedures.
  • Measuring and documenting performance metrics using dimensional equipment.
  • Operate within a quality management system using a manufacturing traveler.
  • Monitor equipment calibration certifications required for assembly operations.
  • Assist engineering and work under minimal guidance and supervision.
  • Reports status of ongoing assembly activities to immediate supervisor.
  • Support company goals and objectives, policies, and procedures.

Must be able to train in Rancho Bernardo for 6-8 weeks, then move to Carlsbad. 
Hours: 9/80 schedule, Monday thru Thursday 7:30am to 5pm and Friday7:30am to 4pm with every other Friday off. 
HOURLY
$19.50/$20.50/hr DOE
