Liftra USA, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Field Services team. The Field Services team is responsible for providing onsite operated services of Liftra equipment across the USA. Much of this work is related to crane services performed with Liftra’s Self-Hoisting Crane technology. This position will be based at our US office in Fairfield, OH.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate directly with Client and add requested projects to schedule.
  • Confirm resource availability for project execution.
  • Procure third party resources as required. This includes but is not limited to;
    • Third Party Labor
    • Support Equipment
    • Transportation of 53’ Flatbeds
  • Open Projects in ERP
  • Review daily project status an update schedule accordingly
  • Review technician time entries and verify against job progress reports
  • Monitor technician credit card activity and report on utilization
  • Prepare project closing documentation and submit to Project Manager for review
    • Review total job durations & reported working hours
    • Obtain invoices from all third-party services
  • Notify Accounting Department for project billing

Requirements

  • Able to function in a team setting with many collaborators
  • Structured and organized work mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft NAV and Smartsheet
  • Ability to use standard Microsoft Office Products. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Qualifications / Education

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related role
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in relevant field is preferred
