Winston is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team as a Temporary Assistant Clinical Manager. This role is essential in supporting the clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical management and a passion for patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Clinical Manager in overseeing daily clinical operations.
- Supervise and support nursing staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Manage patient care activities and coordinate treatment plans.
- Facilitate communication between healthcare providers, patients, and their families.
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
