Overview:

Winston Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to assume the role of Clinical Operations Assistant Manager on a temporary basis. This position is essential in facilitating effective clinical operations to guarantee exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in clinical management and a strong dedication to patient-focused practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Clinical Manager in managing daily operations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality benchmarks.
  • Coordinate patient care initiatives and treatment strategies.
  • Enhance communication among healthcare professionals, patients, and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in New York state.
