Winston Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to assume the role of Clinical Operations Assistant Manager on a temporary basis. This position is essential in facilitating effective clinical operations to guarantee exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in clinical management and a strong dedication to patient-focused practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the Clinical Manager in managing daily operations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing personnel.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate patient care initiatives and treatment strategies.
- Enhance communication among healthcare professionals, patients, and their families.
- Participate in the development and execution of clinical policies.
- Assess clinical staff performance and offer constructive feedback.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in New York state.
- At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
