Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Marketing & Digital Content Specialist to join our team and spearhead the implementation and execution of marketing strategies across multiple companies, starting with WeatherWeld. This role will play a crucial part in shaping our online presence, driving engagement, and increasing brand visibility through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for WeatherWeld and other affiliated companies.
  • Create compelling content for websites, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Generate engaging social media content, particularly on LinkedIn, to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media engagement metrics to optimize content and strategy.
  • Coordinate the creation of video content from concept to completion, including filming and editing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and report on ROI and KPIs regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in implementing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of video production and editing tools/software preferred.
  • Prior experience in the roofing industry is advantageous but not required.
  • StoryBrand framework knowledge or branding experience is a plus.
