Join New Start Staffing as an Operations Supervisor and be a key player in our high-productivity Vehicle Processing Center.

Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (Monday - Friday)

Job Description:

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Oversee operations at New Start Staffing's Vehicle Processing Center.
- Lead continuous process improvements to ensure a safe, cost-efficient work environment that meets performance targets.
- Promote and help develop a strong safety culture for all employees and visitors.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses within your area to ensure preventive actions are implemented. Document and share lessons learned, and complete all reporting promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of current practices.
- Coordinate daily work for the crew with team leads.
- Foster positive employee relations and encourage employee involvement.
- Perform corrective actions as needed.
- Handle other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics.
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions.
- Solid understanding of revenue drivers and efficiency standards to achieve positive financial results.
- Experience in leading continuous process improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE:
- 1-2 years of experience in an automotive or warehousing environment.
- A passion for developing, motivating, and coaching employees for their professional growth and the company's future success.
- Experience inspiring change through effective communication at all levels.
