We are seeking an Executive Business Associate to join our team

Job Title: Executive Business Associate

Location: New York, NY

Shift: Days, 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • This hire will work with another admin in the department and share tasks.
  • This role is HEAVY calendar management, schedules in person and zoom meetings in Microsoft Outlook.
  • This hire has potential to sit in on meetings and take meeting minutes, send out PowerPoint templates prior to meetings, arranges travel (infrequently), sets up conference rooms and pulls up presentations for in office meetings, and assists this manager's team of 6 directors with coordinating kick off and status meetings.
  • This role is only supporting this managers calendar, fully, but this manager has 6 directors that this hire could support as needed. Other duties could include general office/admin duties.
  • This role has the option to extend or convert based on performance, attendance, and business need.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates for this role must be professional, present well, able to work independently and problem solve with creative solutions, and be proactive in nature.
  • Candidates must have any BA degree.
  • At least 5 years of admin/clerical experiences 'preferably' from a healthcare setting.
