Lakeshore Talent is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our IT team. We are a recruiting firm located in Denver that focuses on filling the needs of client's who are hiring Helpdesk related opportunities, especially entry level positions. We recruit for a variety of clientele in both the Tech Center and Downtown to fill temporary, temporary to hire, and direct hire placements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting skills, a positive attitude, and a strong dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. These roles offers the opportunity to interact with customers, address inquiries and concerns, and provide support to ensure a seamless experience.

 

Location: Denver Metro

Shifts: Varied

Pay: $19-$22/hr

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level phone support, performing problem recognition, research, isolation in a Linux environment, resolving hardware & software issues or escalating issues to Tier 2 team
  • Assist inexperienced or nontechnical end users in resolving issue
  • Diagnoses browser and networking issue
  • Records and/or maintains accurate information within ticketing system
  • Interfaces directly with customers to ensure their issue(s) are resolved and a superior customer experience is provide
  • Work in a team environment
  • Coordinating, working with and following up on work performed by field techs

Qualifications:

  • Possess technical aptitude for performing technical tasks to resolve customer issues
  • Ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule, including some weekends and evenings
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and manage time well, working with multiple clients at the same time
  • Proficient in configuring, and troubleshooting production services
  • Inbound/Outbound technical support center experience preferred
  • Customer facing experience preferred
