HR Assistant

HR Assistant Responsibilities

You'll play a vital role in supporting all aspects of the HR function, partnering with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient employee experience for our Construction, Plumbing, and Restoration divisions. 

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system.
  • Process new hire paperwork, benefits enrollment, and leave requests.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Director; including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing calendars.
  • Answer employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee performance.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives.

To qualify, you should have:

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • A passion for building strong relationships and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Proficient in Gmail, Google Calendar, and Gemini a plus
