This person will play a crucial role in supporting our home care organization by managing our scheduling processes and providing administrative support to our HR team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in healthcare or a related industry, exceptional communication skills, and a strong passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others. Compensation & Benefits: - Hourly pay rate of $25 per hour - Flexible part-time schedule - Opportunity to make a difference in the lives of clients and caregivers in the community - Work with a supportive and collaborative team at a reputable organization Responsibilities: - Coordinate the scheduling of caregivers for client assignments using our scheduling software - Communicate with clients and caregivers to confirm schedules and ensure all shifts are filled - Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing HR paperwork - Assist with recruiting and onboarding new caregivers, including conducting background checks and completing necessary paperwork - Maintain accurate and up-to-date caregiver availability and client information in our database - Handle any scheduling or caregiver-related issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner - Proactively communicate with the HR team about any scheduling concerns or conflicts - Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations - Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information at all times Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or related industry - Exceptional organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling software preferred - Ability to work independently and as a part of a team - Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening - Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license - Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship EEOC Statement: We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
