We are seeking a highly-polished hospitality leader for a Director of Catering opening for a critical role based in Manhattan, NY. This employer is one of the nation's largest food service management companies with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality experiences for their clients and their guests. This role will be responsible for further strengthening the client relationship by booking and executing a variety of high-profile catering events throughout the year while having the flexibility of a Monday through Friday 9-5 schedule.

COMPENSATION: Base Salary up to $100,000, comprehensive benefits, 401k w/company match, company stock options, PTO and more

Director of Catering Skills/Responsibilities:
- 3+ years experience in Catering/Event Sales and Execution
- Prior experience in high-profile events ranging up to 400
- Ability to both plan and execute events, building client relationship
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Experience leading a team of catering sales and operations profession
