An assistant Project Manager at Blaze Restoration will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects utilizing the provided resources, systems, and policies. This role requires a deep understanding of business rules management systems (BRMS) and experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion while using effective communication. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of Blaze projects.

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift 25-30+ lbs regularly
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel overnight as required
  • Experience in the restoration or construction industry is a plus, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability to changing environments and project requirements
