Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, with a proven track record of securing lucrative sponsorships and brand deals. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of the digital entertainment industry, particularly in the burgeoning field of VTubing. The Talent Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the careers of our VTubers, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure sponsorship and brand deal opportunities for our VTuber talents, maximizing their earnings and exposure.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brands, sponsors, and industry contacts to ensure a continuous stream of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our VTubers to understand their brand and align partnerships that fit their image and goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and deals, ensuring favorable terms for our talents and the company.
  • Work closely with our creative and marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns that leverage our VTubers' unique talents and appeal.
  • Provide career guidance and support to our VTubers, assisting them in navigating the complexities of the digital entertainment landscape.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, particularly within the VTuber and broader digital content spheres.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent management, with a preference for candidates who have worked in digital entertainment or related fields.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of securing beneficial deals.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with an extensive network in the entertainment industry.
  • Deep understanding of the VTuber community and digital entertainment trends.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see opportunities and synergies that others might overlook.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Entertainment Management, or related field preferred.
