B shift - 4pm-2:30am M-Th

Qualifications:

·        Bachelors of engineering degree.

·        2-5 years’ proven experience in a Quality Engineer role in a production environment.

·        Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9000 QM System and/or related quality systems and programs.

·        Ability to support manufacturing schedules (first or second shift) and overtime on as needed basis.

·        Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion.

·        Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum." 

Desired:

·        American Society of Quality, Certified Quality Engineer certification

·        Experience in Aerospace, space launch, military/commercial aviation highly preferred.

·        Experience with IPC J-STD-001 (Space Addendum)

·        Experience with IPC 620 standard (IPC-WHMA-A-620)

·        Experience in GD&T fundamentals

·        Experience with quality tools such as Lean principles, Six Sigma, root cause analysis and corrective action

·        Experience with advanced product quality planning (APQP), process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA), control plans, and various problem solving approaches

·        Quality Management System audit experience

·        Quality performance measurement analysis capabilities

·        Six Sigma Green, Black Belt, or comparable certification
