Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in managing the evaluation and resolution of non-conforming materials. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with a Quality Specialist and will be assigned to a specific work center to provide essential support to operational teams.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough quality closeouts and inspections.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day support for production activities.
- Devote approximately 80% of time to addressing non-conformance issues and assisting with manufacturing challenges on the production floor.

Qualifications- Experience with 1st Article or inspection planning software.
- Background in aerospace, automotive, or medical device industries.

- Experience with quality closeouts, inspections, and continuous improvement processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel for data reporting and metrics analysis.
