Position Overview
The Customer Success Manager is integral to reinforcing client relationships and providing stellar customer service to our designated accounts. This role demands an acute awareness of client goals, impeccable attention to detail, and adeptness in either routing inquiries to the right resources or resolving them expediently. Acting as a vital link between our clients and technical teams, the Customer Success Manager is committed to fulfilling client expectations and surpassing service benchmarks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive reviews of service tickets and identify new opportunities.
- Vigilantly monitor email interactions and responsibly manage warranty and service renewals.
- Foster collaboration with Sales and Service departments to deliver a cohesive client journey.
- Oversee customer orders and meticulously enter ticket information into our Service Management platform.
- Undertake general office tasks as needed and proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding matters.
- Aim to exceed service level agreements and client goals consistently.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Outstanding verbal and listening communication skills.
- Ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of people, including clients, team members, and partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional ability to multitask and adapt to changes swiftly.
- Energetic and proactive in a dynamic, fast-paced office setting.
- Prior experience in the IT sector is highly valued.
Preferred Knowledge
- A grasp of digital marketing fundamentals.
- An introductory understanding of SEO principles.
- Experience with Google Analytics or comparable analytical platforms.
Minimum Job Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in environments with high-volume, multi-line phone systems.
- Demonstrated experience in help desk or customer service within dynamic environments.
- A well-rounded skill set in clerical, telephonic, and customer service domains.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- 3-5 years of office and clerical experience.
