Title: Accounting Professional
Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: Market 

Functional Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for executing tasks, responsibilities and work assignments assigned by the PM and/or Senior Professionals to carry out specific functions required by the TO.
  2. Responsible for implementation and/or management of databases and documentation produced under the TO and used in performing general administrative, program management, and coordination services.
  3. Responsible for own administrative, accounting, financial, internal control, planning and program management functional tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience in financial institution operations and/or performed accounting/auditing services for a financial institution.
  2. Bank operations experience
  3. Ability to deal and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
  4. Ability to accurately follow oral and written instructions.
  5. Skill in the preparation of basic reports and forms.
  6. Experience performing in a detail oriented environment.
  7. Experience in understanding technical and financial terminology to properly classify and file material.
  8. Skill in the use of standard office equipment, i.e., copiers, faxes, typewriters and calculators.
  9. Proficient in data processing systems and advanced Microsoft Office programs to prepare reports and forms.
  10. Capable of performing in a detail oriented and repetitive environment.
  11. Capable of learning technical and financial terminology to properly classify and file material.
  12. Proficiency in Microsoft's Office Suite Products and the ability to quickly learn standardized software/database systems utilized by FDIC.
  13. Must have Excel experience
  14. Capable of quickly obtaining and processing complex data downloads and manipulating data for a wide range of detailed and multi-level reports.
