Our Dallas client is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join their team on a direct hire basis

This position is 100% onsite In Dallas, Texas. 

Duties:

  • Speak with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate, and payments are received promptly
  • Review financial reports
  • Communicate with clients to discuss account statuses, charges or discrepancies
  • Participate in ongoing education opportunities to learn about industry trends and developments
  • Perform Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Utilize Excel and QuickBooks to maintain financial accuracy
  • Assist with end of month-closing

Requirements:

  • QuickBooks and Excel experience
  • Previous relevant experience (2+ years preferred)
