Corvallis Physical Therapy is looking to add to our team


We have identified three key characteristics that we are looking for in a customer service specialist. First, a positive person We believe anything can be accomplished with a positive attitude. Second, a person who demonstrates intelligent communication skills with patients as well as with other staff members. Finally, a person who is dedicated. We like to say we are open on Friday because people need our help every day of the week.


Our new team member must be able to multi-task, be computer/tech savvy, not afraid to ask questions, and always try to be one step ahead. This position needs to be held by someone who is a team player and always wishes to help out their co-workers. 


40 Hour Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 hour days.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming patient inquiries via phone in a positive, professional and courteous manner
- Maintain patient records accurately with data entry in our EMR
- Work collaboratively with other clinics to ensure patients get the care they need


Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Comfortable with using computer systems and software programs


As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service at all times. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and has excellent communication skills.
