Currently, Ideal Care Home Health is seeking additional  Network Relations Representatives to add to our unmatched team of professionals particularly in and around the West LA vicinity. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience working in business development, marketing, customer service, and client relations preferably in the medical landscape. 


Requirements
Candidate must:
  • Possess unmatched interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Be able to work independently in the field and have the ability to take initiative to meet competitive expectations 
  • Ability to meet reasonable quotas and assignment objectives
  • Possess business development and marketing skills
  • Possess the ability to negotiate 
  • Results driven 

Job Responsibilities (not limited to):
  • Maintain, establish and grow rapport with existing network referral sources
  • Engage with new referral sources for growth opportunities
  • Review referrals for appropriateness and respond to source of referral within a timely manner
  • Provide home health introductions to patient and families 
  • Other duties that apply to scope of work
