We are looking for new professionals with strong work ethic, high intellectual curiosity, strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to serve The Associate Consultant role is the building block from which we develop the core talent on which our firm stands upon. In this role you will work with a variety of clients as an innovator and solution provider to positively influence client outcomes. The Associate Consultant will work on a small team within a functional practice area to ensure seamless client solution delivery. The Associate Consultant role is integral in fulfilling of our brand promise of excellence in execution, top-tier service levels, ease of business and dependability. This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who is academically accomplished, organized, self-directed, a strong collaborator, critical problem solver, and who aspires to excel in service delivery.

What’s in store:

Client Solution Development:·       Aid in the development of solutions that create value for our clients and meets agreed upon specifications·       Supports Manager or Engagement Manager as appropriate·       Collaborate as a member of a small team of consultants in delivering client solutions·       Manage time and tasks according to execution plan·       Contributes to solution development and execution according to the execution plan

Business Development and Brand Ambassador:
  • Participates in the development of collateral, proposals and/or pitches 
  • Serves as a brand ambassador for the firm by upholding the values of the firm while doing phenomenal work for clients.
  • Contributes to business continuity within existing clients through excellence in service
  • Contributes to thought leadership and/or original content as requested
Talent Recruiting:
  • Participate in events, activities and functions designed to recruit ideal talent for the firm
  • Provide peer-to-peer guidance as appropriate re: accounts, clients or internally
Talent Development:
  • Participate in developing your plan for growth and success 
  • Participate in peer reviews as requested
  • Proactively identify subject matter training that supports professional growth within the firm
Talent Evaluation:
  • Participate in performance feedback/feedforward activities as requested 
  • Provide transparent communication of performance, performance gaps, and any relevant performance gap closure plans. 
  • Participate in periodic reviews of performance 
Company Governance and Leadership:
  • Participate in firm strategic initiatives and governance activities as requested
  • Contribute to the continued growth and scale of the firm through participation in continuous improvement activities.
Education and Experience Needed
  • 0 - 2 years of Management Consulting experience. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a top-tier accredited institution of higher learning
·       Project-based work experience – demonstrate an ability to plan, execute, close-out and evaluate projects·       Change management – supporting organizations through the transition and adoption of new processes, procedures, tools and governance; experience preferred but not required

Specific Skills Needed

·       Technical writing/verbal communication – ability to break down complex ideas and information into easy-to-understand explanations that are audience appropriate ·       Presentation skills – ability to delivery effective and engaging presentations to clients, demonstrating a strong combination of verbal, written, and creative acumen ·       Data analysis – ability to cleanse, sort, analyze, and interpret data (primarily in Excel); also ability to transform and visualize data is preferred (pivot tables, charts, graphs)·       Research skills – ability to source relevant and reliable information and apply it effectively to research objectives·       Microsoft suite – PPT, Word, and Excel·       Project-based/Presentation tool experience –demonstrate a niche in a project-based/presentation tool beyond the Microsoft suite - Miro, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.·       Data visualization – experience/familiarity working within PowerBI, Tableau is a bonus
