Our real estate client's is seeking a talented Graphic and Multimedia Designer to join their dynamic team. We're looking for a creative visionary who can seamlessly blend technical expertise with artistic flair to produce captivating visual content.

 

As a Graphic and Multimedia Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our brand and driving engagement for real estate clients. Your role will involve creating compelling design solutions across various platforms, including print, digital, and email marketing.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop innovative visual concepts and designs aligned with brand standards and client objectives.
  • Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive elements.
  • Design and develop visually appealing email campaigns and HTML templates.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Conduct design research and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design with a focus on digital and print media
  • Background in both UX/UI and Print Design
  • 4+ years of experience in Real Estate Marketing or Luxury Brand Experience
  • Marketing/Advertising agency experience preferred
  • Strong experience with email marketing software such as HubSpot, etc, and understanding of email marketing best practices and URL shortner tools & QR code generators, including Bitly, etc
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • A strong understanding of Unbounce and Sketch software
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS; experience with WordPress or other CMS
