Top reps and leaders have earned between $100,000 to well over $250,000 a year.

The great news is, we are an “Essential Business” in a recession proof industry. Water Everyone must have it in good times and bad. Unfortunately, the water in our taps is questionable at best, now we can help every homeowner get a full Softener and Reverse Osmosis system to cover their entire home at pennies on the dollar.

We have immediate Full-time openings for positive, coachable, trainable, outgoing individuals to help us expand across the Houston community and beyond.

This is a Water Rep position with opportunities for advancement and overrides commission on every sale if you develop a team. We recruit, train, guide and expand very effectively. We want to help you develop and grow throughout our organization. We do full training at all levels to aid your advancement and true potential.
 

We typically work Monday to Saturday.
Monday to Friday 1pm - 9pm and
Saturday 12 - 6pm

Anyone that has a good attitude, who likes to help people, and wants to enjoy a better than average lifestyle can do this and everyone that has committed, is successful

With compensation, bonuses and incentives the average new person, earns between $1500 - over $2,000 per week. More experienced, driven and motivated individuals earn much more. 

We have many individuals earning over $100,000 per year

We expect rapid growth to continue in the next year and have advancement opportunities for trainers, Managers, Assistant Regional and Regional Managers available right away

If yes, then Qualifications and Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older.

- Must have a Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

- Must have at least 1 year Experience in direct-to-consumer Sales.

- Previous experience in Energy, Solar, Water, Pest control, Cable, Mortgages, or Home Security system sales, etc an asset .

- Positive High energy, integrity, and motivated.

- Strong work ethic, dependable, a self-starter and able to work as a team.

- Teachable and coachable• Excellent communication skills with a positive and engaging demeanor.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new residential leads / opportunities, visit and close self, team and company-generated leads.

- Manage entire sales process from origination to ensuring customers are thrilled with us (customers make the best referrals)

-Effectively manage your assigned territory, strategizing and scheduling appointments to maximize productivity and meet sales targets.

- Potentially build a Water Team, and be a leader for the organization
