Job DescriptionJob Description

WH Long is searching for a professional, goal oriented, dependable individual to join our team 

Duties (include but not limited to):

·        Show and lease units to prospective residents

·        Answering phones

·        Handle and resolve resident issues/concerns in a professional manner

·        Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times

·        Maintain resident/property files

·        Attend continuing education provided by the company

·        Process applications

·        Perform move in orientations

·        Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

·        High School Diploma or equivalent

·        At least 1 year office experience, preferably in property management

·        Computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

·        Must be available to work Saturdays

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Valid driver’s license

·        Reliable transportation
