- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants and schedule property viewings.
- Conduct thorough screenings of prospective tenants, including credit checks, rental history verification, and income verification.
- Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements with tenants, ensuring compliance with fair housing regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting property inspections and handling security deposit refunds, notices and Section 8 knowhow.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, including tenant information, lease agreements, and rental payments.
- Requires people skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
- Previous real estate experience is preferred
