We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter with experience as an Administrative Assistant with specialized expertise in marketing, website management, and Google Reviews. This position will have you working directly alongside the Vice President of the Company and his team, utilizing our customer service management system, Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, by following up with customer interactions, managing calendars, and creating action plans for future marketing.
  • Marketing Support:
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email campaigns from within Salesforce, digital advertising
    • Develop reporting system to maintain, track and optimize marketing efforts
  • Website Management:
    • Maintain and update company websites with fresh content, images, and information, currently using Wordpress but may change platforms.


Requirements:
  • Experience in marketing and/or website management
  • Experience with administrative support
  • Experience responding to Google reviews a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, and work efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Knowledge in Salesforce or similar CRM a plus
