We are looking to bring on a full-time customer service representative/dispatcher to provide friendly and professional customer service while demonstrating a high value for hard work and excellence. 
Responsibilities 
  • Answering phones and assisting customers with their needs in a positive, productive manner. 
  • Helping customers understand our duct cleaning services and answering any questions regarding the services offered.
  • Scheduling estimates/jobs for the field technicians and keeping the daily work calendar updated.
  • Replying to customer requests from website inquiries.
  • Communicating between the office and the technicians in the field.
  • Operating office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, computers, and other standard office equipment.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Computer Skills
  • Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a good understanding of where cities are in Salt Lake County, Utah County, and Summit County.
  • Honest, hardworking, punctual and reliable.
  • Able to work well on their own, as well as with others.
  • Have their own vehicle or reliable transportation.
  • Willing to take and pass a drug test.
  • Willing to take and pass a background check.
