Job DescriptionJob Description

Busy Manufacturing company in Santa Clara, CA. is seeking an Account Coordinator. This is a long-term contract (12 months), with the possibility of going permanent. * Good working knowledge of SAGE is highly preferred. *

This person will process purchase orders and enter data into SAGE as well as work with customers over the phone and by email.

Daily Duties:

• Receive and enter P.O.’s into SAGE software

• Issue receipts of order or sales orders to customers

• Provide customers with updates on prices, shipping dates, and any delays

• Handle customer concerns with professionalism

Qualifications:

• AA or 4 yr. Degree preferred

• 2+ years’ experience in similar role (Account Coordinator, Data Entry Clerk, or other)

• 1+ years of SAGE software experience (or the ability to pick up new accounting software easily)

• A team player with a positive attitude

• Excellent people skills – to work with customers

• Ability to complete tasks with high level of accuracy

• Experience with supply chain management a plus

• Experience in manufacturing a plus
