Position: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Remote
Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5 est
Training: 3-4 weeks 9 am- 6 pm (ONSITE)
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Pay Rate: $17
Start Date: May 6th
Interview Process: 1 interview to hire
Must Haves:
- Customer Service experience
- Remote working experience
- Microsoft/Excel is a must
- Great communication and phone presents
- Detail Oriented, handle difficult conversations
Plusses:
- Sales and Customer Hospitality
- Call Center Experience
- Bachelor's degree
Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking to hire a Hybrid Customer Support Specialist to join a reconnection team.
