Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to help drive the growth of JPtheGeek by developing and executing effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT and cybersecurity industry, a passion for digital marketing, and a knack for creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, social media posts, and email campaigns that highlight JPtheGeek’s expertise and unique value proposition.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), creating and curating content that increases engagement and brand awareness.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, communicate with existing clients, and promote our services.
  • SEO and Website Management: Optimize website content for search engines to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings. Update website content as needed to reflect the latest services, client testimonials, and success stories.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities within the MSP and cybersecurity industry. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to generate leads and drive revenue growth. Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency in JPtheGeek’s brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels. Work to strengthen the brand’s association with quality service, reliability, and strong client relationships.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction, including the promotion of client success stories and gathering testimonials.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong writing and content creation skills, with an eye for detail.
    • Proficient in social media management tools and platforms.
    • Experience with email marketing platforms (Go High Level a plus)
    • Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
    • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
    • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
