You will work closely with service providers, clients, and other team members to ensure the seamless execution of services and the satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure all service appointments are efficiently organized, documented, and communicated to relevant parties
  • Prepare and conduct follow-up for past workflows and ensure service requests are fully prepared for billing purposes
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and client interactions
  • Generate reports and update databases as needed
  • Monitor dispatch workflow to process incoming work orders
  • Communicate service requests to the appropriate service providers or technicians
  • Gather client feedback and report on service performance
  • Collaborate with team members to find solutions to issues as they arise
  • Work closely with colleagues, including service providers, to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor’s is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email)
  • A customer-centric approach and a drive to provide excellent service
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Team player with a positive attitude
