Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Admin/Dispatcher and Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating with field technicians, ensuring smooth workflow within the company, and maintaining excellent customer relations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails.
  • Scheduling and dispatching service calls to field technicians.
  • Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs.
  • Managing office supplies and maintaining an organized workspace.
  • Assisting with invoicing, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries.
