The Accounts Receivable and Order Sales position will manage the day-to-day customers with past due amounts, assist in resolution of customer issues while minimizing bad debt. This position will also be responsible to process product orders.

Some duties include:

?   Oversee Accounts Receivable

?   Account Management of all customers

?   Send out Statements

?   Establish and maintain business relationships with customers

?   Call past due customers and enter notes on their account

?   Research and resolve unpaid invoices on past due accounts

?   Approve credit releases or holds for customers as needed

?   Ability to communicate with key personnel to expedite collections

?   Respond to inquiries

?   Ask for assistance when needed

?   Communicate with Sales team on their accounts, reporting payments due or received

?   Bring attention to potential bad debts or write offs

?   Crate New Accounts

?   Complete Call List for daily Product Sales and Order Entry

?   Pick Lists

Requirements

?   Requires at least 3 years of collections and direct client interaction

?   In-office Sales Experience

Skills

?   Proficient communicator verbally and written, attention to details, knowledge of word, excel, outlook

?   Familiar with all types of payments, for example, credit card payments, ACH, and bank transfers

?   Competence handing bank deposits and reconciliations

?   Collections

?   Documenting interactions

?   Outstanding follow up
