Electrical Technician Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot malfunctioning electrical devices and equipment
  • Use your specialized knowledge to make repairs
  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
  • Order and maintain the supply of electrical components that you need to do your job
  • Use hand tools to complete repairs and installations of electrical equipment



Electrical Service Technician Skills:

  • Must have minimum of 3 years experience as an commercial Electrical Service Technician
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Completion of an electrical apprenticeship is beneficial
  • Ability to complete common repair and maintenance tasks with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with commonly-used hand and power tools
  • Must speak English
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
  • Clean driving record - no speeding or safety violations in the past 5 years
