This position requires a valid electrician certification, strong technical expertise, and a focus on customer service.The ideal candidate will possess experience in residential electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance, along with outstanding communication skills and a dedication to maintaining industry standards and safety protocols.
Key Duties:
- Execute a variety of residential electrical tasks, including the installation, repair, and upkeep of wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, and electrical panels.
- Accurately diagnose electrical problems using advanced tools and techniques, and provide effective solutions to homeowners.
- Comply with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure adherence and prevent accidents.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining electrical issues to homeowners, presenting service options, and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.
- Keep precise records of work performed, including materials utilized, labor hours, and homeowner interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and dispatchers to coordinate service calls, prioritize tasks, and meet client needs and expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Valid Residential, Journeyman, or Master Electrician Certification Required
- At least 3 years of experience as a certified residential electrician, with a proven history of success in residential electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Strong technical understanding of residential electrical systems, equipment, and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, with the capacity to interact professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced residential environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
