In the role of Residential Electrical Installation Supervisor, you will play a pivotal part in guiding your teams, collaborating closely with technicians to ensure the effective execution of electrical installations for our residential clientele.
Your Responsibilities
You will deliver on-site support and proactive strategies to identify the requirements within the electrical installation division, establishing clear objectives for your team. You will mentor and support Electrical Installation Technicians, ensuring they receive the necessary resources to thrive in their roles. Furthermore, you will focus on training and upholding all safety protocols to protect our outstanding home services and foster a positive atmosphere for our staff. You will also monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to your team's outcomes, including recalls, inspection failures, and technician productivity. The Electrical Installation Supervisor will collaborate with the entire organization to enhance efficiency and timeliness.

Qualifications Required
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and background investigation
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving history
